The Ultimate Question?

Most customer feedback surveys aren’t very effective. More often than not, they are too long and take too much time, resulting in a very low response rate. But there is a new approach that asks just one question, the “Ultimate” question, and for some it has ignited a new period of growth,  higher profits and
