David Moore has over 25 years of manufacturing experience in all phases of supply chain management including purchasing, production planning, warehousing, and sales and operations planning.  His initial exposure to Lean manufacturing was in the aerospace and defense industry and continued into industrial manufacturing and tier one automotive.

David has held management positions at Honeywell ACS, Dana Corporation, Radio Sound, Inc. and United Defense, LP.  David’s background in supply chain has given him the opportunity to observe and review manufacturing in facilities across the United States, Asia, and Mexico giving him a broad based view of different techniques and Lean applications.  In addition his experience includes owning his own business coaching company, providing him experience working with business owners to strategically improve their processes and operations.

David received his Bachelors degree from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA and holds a MBA from San Jose State University.  He completed his Greenbelt training while with Honeywell ACS.

Originally from Bakersfield, CA., David has lived and worked in San Jose, CA., Augusta, GA and has resided in Louisville since 1998.  He is married and has three sons and one daughter.  In his spare time David enjoys art, music, and sports.
